In an effort to substantially reduce consumer operating costs and carbon footprint, each home is designed and constructed to comply with ENERGY STAR and LEED certification. Terra is the only production builder that offers this certification as a standard option in the Pittsburgh region.

Customization-

Terra offers three home categories that target different customer needs and wants. The first product offering is the “Urban Living Series” which includes custom designed modular homes tailored to fit the constraints of small and narrow city lots. The second home category is the “Signature Series” which includes customized homes in either a single-story, cape-cod, or 2-story configuration. The “Signature” group of homes also utilizes modular building technology and primarily is geared towards larger suburban or rural locations.
