I’d give NO STARS is I could because they’re one part of a system that is failing tremendously and is as shady as the whole child services system. Trying to schedule court appointed visitation for my child is impossible when Jeannie Babcock is told to be our contact person and she never returns my calls. I am trying but they obviously don’t want me to comply with the courts and have treated me unfairly. From the beginning from the judge to the case worker turnover x4 plus this office, it is apparent they are not supporting the goal of reunification that they are legally obligated to follow. Is their a price tag on my child’s head? Nobody has been supportive to helping get our child back, because they don’t want us to. Lost clean drug tests, judge not letting us speak in the hearings, demeaning treatment by child services attorney during hearings, our attorneys aren’t being heard or aren’t as productive in zoom hearing where we know there’s side talk via chat that we can’t see, visitation person not returning calls to schedule visits, equals shady handlings of us and our daughter. We cry for help and nobody hears us. Maybe filing a federal court civil rights violation lawsuit will help make them accountable for their inability to do what they’re in place for.
