Aztec, also known as "hell", because of the 120 degree heat in the summer months, is the very worst place to work. I worked there 12 years. I broke records for production and was treated like garbage because I insisted the company and the so called Union enforce the contract they agreed to. I would win a grievance and then the company would demand I do something against the contract which I had already won. The union would reply, "you have to do what they say regardless of winning a grievance on a matter. I then got fired because the company falsified attendance records and claimed it was my duty to maintain the records. They tried to deny me unemployment benefits but the judge decided in my favor immediately. I hope I never see Mike Makin again. He truly is a piece of garbage that makes me sick. The working conditions are horrible. One day I worked 8 hours standing in hydrolic fluid that was 2-3 inches high. This is the last place you would want to work!!!!!
