Capabilities

Welding Processes: GMAW "MIG", GTAW "TIG", Submerged Arc Welding "SAW", Flux Cored Arc Welding "FCAW",Stick welding "SMAW".

Lifting Capability: Up to 30,000 lbs are moved within the building using forklifts, and overhead cranes.

Welding Qualifications: All procedures and welders are qualified to ASME Section IX and/or AWS D1.1.

Shop Size: 10,000 sq ft. building on four (4) acres tract.

Quality Control System: QA/QC Manual, HSSE Manual, Welding Procedures, Hydrostatic Testing Procedures, Training Procedures.
