I paid an arm and leg to rent this place out and the day of my event I was highly disappointed in our service. I had my daughter's sweet 16 there, we provided the food and decor. The price was to include a DJ, Security and a party manager. DJ forgot to make any announcements and basically barely said a word the whole night. "Security" was some young teenage boys playing on their phones standing by the doors. The party manager was useless, spent half her time at the party next door and told the food server (I paid extra for) that she was in charge. The staff that worked for Beatstreet did not help us bring anything in to set up and barely helped clean up. I felt as if I threw money out the window. I have contacted the owner 2 weeks ago about my feelings on this and she has yet to respond. I would never recommend this place to anyone, they charge far too much for what they don't do.

Everything we wanted was a problem, I asked about keeping two 3 gallon ice cream containers in a freezer and after being told yes in email, we got there to find out there was no room! It took a caterer from the next party and the food server I paid extra for to find a place for the ice cream before it melted. Never again!
