Poor quality equipment and absent customer support. They do not support or stand behind their machinery and I would check carefully into their quality control.I purchased a hematology and chemistry analyzer from this company and they could not supply the reagents to run the machines. They did nothing to make matters right and I ended up paying huge lease payments to Affiliated Capital for a machine that could not even be used. Finally had to go to court over it. This company made false allegations against their supplier to cover for their negligence. Please do not make the same costly mistake that I made.
