Horrible experience

The owner diligently watches the security cameras for "business", will show up in person criticize and belittle about "how to load laundry, wash and dry laundry" she doesn't use profanity, but she is rude and unprofessional in every other aspect. Blames overloading on others when the issue is the machines not working correctly. There are so many signs posted addressing issues of overloaded washers and dryers, when infact the business could use a face-lift. The owners retirement would make a world of difference in returning community business.
