WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! EMAIL YOUR COMPLAINTS TO "care@dish.com" and tell Dish what this company is doing to it's customers!! FUTURE VISION (OF SAGINAW MI) SHOULD NOT BE: PUTTING CUSTOMER ON HOLD FOR 28 MINS THEN HANGING UP ON CUSTOMER AND ON DISH MANAGERS, YELLING AT A CUSTOMER, AND MAKING EXCUSES FOR WHY THEY CANT HAVE THEIR COMPANY COMPLY TO "2" SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS, AT THE RIGHT TIME AND DATE!! DISH NETWORK IS FILING COMPLAINTS ON THEM ALSO! NON-PROFESSIONAL AND SHOULDN'T BE A DISH RETAILER!! CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! POOR SERVICE AND STANDS FOR NOTHING!!
