Have been enjoying and recommending Gail's Biscuits for a few years now until the last year. Have been embarrassed to serve them to guests. My husband and I thought they were the best ever and now have had several meals ruined by them.
They don't rise, are heavy and dark, and taste bad. We don't understand the change but won't purchase again unless the old biscuits return.
Wasted money on many bags hoping this was temporary. Can't afford any more.
Do you have any explanation?
