John installed a brand new pellet stove for me a month ago. It worked well the first couple days. It started to smoke when it started up and when it rained water came down my vent pipe. I had to put a pan under the pipe to catch the water. I called John a couple times and he did not seal the vent pipe very well. He did a terrible job on rectifying the problems. The stove exhaust fan had to be replaced a week after install and I am still having problems. John will not return phone calls and has made no attempt to fix the stove. I have finally left him a message to remove the stove and refund my money. He has made no attempt to contact me and I know I am not his only unsatisfied customer in the Missoula Valley.
