Waited to make a transaction at the service desk. Irritable employee(Arica Jones- spelling may be off) finally comes up, very rude and abrupt. In the meantime, my preschool age grandson interrupts saying he has to go potty. Ms. Jones threatens to call the police " if he pees on the floor" because she doesn't want to wait on me. Apparently I must have interrupted her from something else and she was showing her ignorance and lack of customer service skills. When I asked for the manager's name she said she was the manager. I will never shop there or any Homeland store as this show their lack of any skills or any concern for assisting customers. I recall this particular employee the last time I was in the store and she was rude to other people. There is no need to have a person like this working anywhere near customers as she is abusive.
