Back in 2013 Hoosier Bats David and Debbie Cook came to me wow they were in trouble But never explained totally. They needed to raise money and had to do it quickly They said that owner of 4511 Evans the building they were in wanted them out and were going to evict them and more, They could not borrow money anywhere and had no money to buy billets of wood to make bats etc Anyway Debbie and Dave came up with two schemes One if an investor invested with them 10 grand then that person or persons would receive 5% of all sales annually and of course be a minority owner of Hoosier Bats the other scheme was loan us 10 grand or whatever and Dave and Debbie Hoosier Bats would pay back 10 % or interest would be 100 a month until all principal was paid back The promise was all this would be paid back by Nov of 2014

Myself and others invested and loaned them moneys 10s of thousands They have not ever and refuse to pay back loans and also refuse to honor or pay the 5% shareholder agreements Dave was very upset with MLB when he says> MLB says he could not use the 3 rings anymore on his bats so he csame up with an H now Homewood Bats has the same H whats going on with that perhaps a coincendence But seems rather strange Dave and Debbie owe the government close to a million already
