The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a mechanic shop. Went in for a continuing brake problem... was told my pads were too hard and they were warping my rotors, so they replaced them with the very same semi-metallic brake pad. When I inquired about why they didn't use a softer, higher quality pad, the lady at the front desk started screaming and hollering at me. When I asked them to please replace the pads with better ones, that I would be happy to pay the difference, she threatened to sell my car if I didn't pay her right then and there. Then Jack came out and did the same thing. DO NOT GO HERE. You WILL treated poorly and likely get ripped off. $550 for drake pads and rotors on a 12 year old VW????
