I bought an A/C compressor for a GMC Suburban after confirming three times with Jensen Auto that it would fit my year, make, model, and engine size. After a ten day wait, the wrong part arrived from Jensen Auto. After another week of Jensen Auto refusing to fully refund my payment because they said they were going to charge me $19.50 restocking fee, I requested that Paypal intervene to get my money back. Finally I received my refund, however I had to pay high shipping cost because of the size and weight of the compressor to return it to Jensen. I confirmed three times with Jensen before I ordered the compressor, I did everything right, they sent the wrong part, then spoke to me on the phone with an arrogant attitude. I got nothing but inconsiderate, uncooperative attitude from Jensen Auto. This business is either incompetent, dishonest, or both. I owned and operated several automotive businesses for years and I am familiar with parts applications and I know how to properly and courteously treat customers. I got nothing but lack of cooperation from Jensen Auto. I would urge everyone to avoid this business unless you enjoy losing money.
