Agency Programs for Residents of Medina County, Ohio o Medication Assistance. Grants are set up with area pharmacies to cover the cost of renal-related medications for those who qualify. In some cases, the KFMC helps needy individuals pay for insurance premiums if medications are then covered under their policies. o Transportation Assistance. The Foundation assists with the costs of transportation for clients who travel to hemodialysis centers for treatment. Payments are made to the Medina County Public Transit or area cab companies. Individuals who are able to drive themselves are given money for gasoline. o Patient Services. Education. . Newsletter. Scholarship. Advocacy/Case Management
