Mr. Klink sent me a bill that indicated charges for a completed job. When he wanted to collect the outrageous amount I refused to pay it in full. It should have been 1/3 of the cost. Then a month later Gary Klink stated I only needed to pay a portion as the work wasn't entirely completed. Who does that???? I have yet to pay him the remaining amount. He is rude, disrespectful and feels he is 100% right. He has been relentlessly harassing me and we will most likely end up in court to resolve as he is out of line with his "hand written" bill with no itemized charges. Just a total amount due. When I requested the bill be itemized he rewrote the bill by hand with the hours worked by his crappy team that took an 1 1/2 hour break from the job and then one number for supplies. I still have no breakdown and he refused to do so.
He builds a good house but when it comes to details have extra money in your bank account cause he doesn't put everything in the price. He doesn't finish work before he pulls a draw and don't work with his title company he has them in his pocket we had to have them come 4 times to look at the whole house to realize all the work wasn't done. He is a very smooth talker nothing is every his fault. He has his painter do sub par work to save some money doesn't even prime anything. If you do build with him don't expect to move in on time. Also he tells his sub contractors to do work that was not approved by homeowners that cost extra money. Worst business owner i have ever dealt with.
