We rented an office from Dirk and it was the worst experience possible. He never fixed anything when it broke, the property is in shambles and he doesn't do anything to improve his properties. This is your warning "DO NOT" rent from him. There are many other spaces available where they value you as a paying renter. BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
