Reviews for Mooses Tree Service

I hired Moose’s to remove six trees and trim five others based on a recommendation. He agreed to start the work in October 2014 and finish the job in one week. This job took 6 months for him to claim it was finished. When he cut down one of the large trees, it fell on my house and damaged a number of items. The tree that hit my house damaged the downspout, the AC unit, fireplace vent and tore up my newly planted landscaping. To compound the issues created by Moose’s, they left the wood scatted all over the yard, and then returned three months later to pick up some of the wood. When they did show up in January they drove into my backyard with a large truck and created huge ruts in the yard. The ruts were deep enough that I had to rent a roller that I pulled behind my mower to flatten out. I still have large bare spots running from my front yard to the back. I am still cleaning wood and debris out of my yard from the work started last year, a job that was to last one week but actually lasted 6 months. Every comment written is factual and not open to interpretation.

I believe the true measure of a company is not when the job goes well, but how a company responds when things do not go as planned. Moose’s did not respond well to this job!
