Every single place I go that Olson has worked on has been completely butchered and needed the work redone, and in my case gutted and redone. I bought a house that was being fixed up and he did a lot of the work. He put things in backwards and upside down, he cut off pex pipes way too early and left no slack which created many problems, and ran pipes that are too big to the kitchen sink so an enormous amount of hot water has to be pushed out/wasted, leading to larger bills. He also hooked the downstairs toilet to the lines that go upstairs, so if I ever would need to turn the upstairs water off for the winter or an emergency, I wouldn't be able to or else I wouldn't have a toilet. He made a huge mess with the heating system, and didn't put a filter in the furnace, and left a huge hole in the side of the furnace and had the nerve to say it's ready to run. It needed so much work before it was ready. Many things were not attached. He hooked up returns and elbows on duct that wasn't even hooked up nor would it ever be. He used 4 elbows on one turn when all he had to do was angle it right for 1 to work. He wraps the duct all over the place so barely any heat comes out the vents. I pretty much gutted all his work, and what I didn't I should have because working off his horrible 'work' took at least three times longer than it should've. He charged a massive amount for a big headache so he can go out on his hunting trips he doesn't deserve at all. This guy is a joke and do not hire him. There are many other people out there that will do a much much much better job... Anyone with common sense and no knowledge of plumbing or heating would even do a better job. There are other people in neighboring towns, make sure to do your research!
