Reviews for Phillips Shoe Store

Purchased a pair of Rocky boots that due to manufacture defect the boots had to be returned. Was told once Rocky approved warranty replacement I could get the new boots within a week. Well, it took 6 wks to get the approval and after approval got a call boots were in drove 100 miles round trip to pick up got there OOPS made a mistake don't have the right size. Will reorder Monday but in the meantime you can call Rocky and they will send directly to you. Well OOPS again, the store gave me the wrong reference number Rocky can't do must talk to store, store can't talk has to be the owner the owner is out sick and no body can do anything without her. Finally she comes in calls says she has talked to Rocky and they are mailing boots to me will be here today, OOPS again Friday came and went and no boots. Call store no body can't do anything owner not there should be there in the morning. Will never buy from this store again. This is crazy, unprofessional and the worst business practice I have ever had to deal with. No body can make any decisions without the owner and the owner is sick...
