Reviews for Pinnacle Peak Custom Homes
I hired Pinnacle Peak Custom Homes in October of 2014. My home has numerous mistakes and it is not yet completed. The plans were not followed. I have missing handles on cabinets, no toilet paper holders, 3 washrooms with only one sink in two of the washrooms, no towel bars, a doorbell that does not work properly, Walls are unpainted, etc. I have always allowed access to them. They would make appointments and then not show up. I went to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors with over 90 complaints. The ROC gave PPCH 13 directive to do. They attempted to do only 4. The inspector from the registrar came back on January 22, 2016 and said that one of the four will have to be done again. This June they first came back after 6 months of inactivity to do 1 and 1/90th of the directives. Neither one was done correctly. Jenell Wing of Pinnacle Peak Custom Homes told me that she was the contractor. She is not the contractor. The thirteenth directive says, essentially says that they "shall complete the project per original contract agreement, properly executed change orders, verbal agreement, approved plans, local building codes and manufacturer's installation instructions". I have bids from other contractors that would cost almost as much to do the corrective work as Jenell Wing of Pinnacle Peak Custom Homes did originally.
