RADCOparts is a supplier of added value wear materials used in industrial minerals grinding and impact crushing applications. We stock grinding rolls for all sizes of Raymond Mills. Our signature product line is a metal matrix composite (MMC) alloy developed about 12 years ago and now installed in thousands of grinding and crushing applications worldwide, including Raymond, FL Schmidt, Polysius, and Loesche type roller mills, and many types of vertical and horizontal shaft impactors. MMCs combine the strength of a metal with the wear resistance of a non-metal, such as ceramic grains. They out-perform traditional high chrome white iron alloys by a factor of 2 or 3 at a comparable price. And for specific applications, their superiority over manganese and other alloyed steels is off the charts.
