Splattering scrapple

We just fried a pound of RAPA Original Scrapple and it splattered so badly that we had to use a kitchen towel over the splatter guard on the frying pan. After the scrapple was fried, we had to scrub the kitchen floor to get up all of the grease. I called the number provided by your company and asked what was going on with the scrapple that it splattered so much that it splattered up through the splatter guard and burned my husbands arms and then we had to scrub the floor. The woman who answered the phone at your company just laughed and said she had no idea why it did that. This is really poor customer service when your representative chooses to laugh instead of providing some answers. Could someone please give an honest answer. I'm almost 70 years old and have been frying scrapple for many years and this is the first time that I've ever had this experience.
