Given very used machine for my almost unused

I just received after almost 2 yrs waiting, what they consider a replacement for my almost new machine. This replacement machine has 5893.5 hrs on it, my original one was just tested, hadn't even used it yet and registers 0.0 hrs. Not acceptable. I need my machine fixed or a comparable unit in exchange, not a unit someone else used for over 2 yrs on a daily basis. Very hard to find a real contact at this company to discuss. They say they are 90% done with the recall, well mine should not be counted as done. It needs to be fixed. If you are out there, please contact me and make it right. Thank you.

Recall on dream station auto Cpap unit.

An option should be given to customer, to refund purchase price or wait for new unit, due to recall.

In my case I stopped using the unit, but the problem was what do I do now,,, so I needed to buy a new unit. but not from Phillips. I am asking the company to refund my purchase price because I will never use the product again. Patients need the medical device now not be told to wait until the problem is fixed.
