Richard E. Norton, E. A.

Dick Norton is an Enrolled Agent licensed by the US Treasury Department. His specialty is representing clients before the IRS and State tax agencies.

As a retired Associate Chief of the IRS Appeals Division in Los Angeles, Dick uses his 34 years of inside-the-IRS experience to effectively represent clients involved in IRS or State audit and collection tax controversies. In addition to representation, he provides consultation for clients who are seeking to resolve their personal tax issues on their own. He also prepares personal income tax returns for clients across the United States as well as internationally. Finally, he has given expert witness testimony before the California Superior Court in a mulit-million dollar professional liability case in Santa Clara California. While he resides in Burbank, California, with today's technology and his U.S. Treasury license, he is able to provide services to clients anywhere in the world.
