He began to streamline the business and bring the salvage yard into the 21st century by concentrating on precious metals & iron. Roggentien Salvage services local industrial accounts, and local clientele continue to be a large part of the business with the growing demand for recycling of iron & metals. With the large spurt of international growth, metal exports are at an all time high. The volume of scrap handled has quadrupled in the past decade due to this global demand.
