This is just a home business owned by Julia and Guy, but they portray themselves to be a large corporation with overhead expenses so large as to justify withholding 162 dollars from my refund.

To justify withholding 162 dollars from a 588 dollar invoice Julia speaks of "review departments", employees, warehouse expenses, and the excessive amount of time it takes to create an invoice, when in fact there are NO EMPLOYEES, NO WAREHOUSE and NO REVIEW DEPARTMENT. This is one woman pretending to be an employee in a large corporation. Its obvious she does so to avoid being accountable to customers.

Schulte Electro Systems is nothing but one lady whose "warehouse" is a closet in the guest bedroom. When I asked her to justify why she would withhold 162 dollars from my refund she resorted to hiding behind "its our policy", rather than answer the question.

She kept 162 dollars for nothing more than carrying a cantaloupe-sized package from her front door to her bedroom, or whatever other room she's calling her warehouse. The entire order processing time couldn't have been more than half an hour of time yet she feels justified to literally STEAL 162 dollars from a potential customer.

Beware any business owner who isn't honest up front. There's nothing wrong with a home-based business, so why the dishonest portrayal, Julie Schulte?? I'm glad I returned the evoline port because I have no confidence this lady would stand behind the product if it had a problem. The evoline ports are an imported german product--good luck getting any customer service if you ever have problem with it, because Julia Schulte has shown to more concerned with screwing customers than serving them.

PS If you have a problem with this business and ask about meeting in person to discuss the issue, Julia Schulte will call the local sheriff and pretend to be in fear. Imagine that....
