We were very unhappy with Devi Tate Architecture. Not only would she not listen to our ideas, she was almost a month late delivering a simple set of plans. We had 7 pages of plan comments from the city and ended up hiring a different firm to finish. She still didn't listen that she was off the project and continued to charge us, which we paid to avoid collections.
