I had a terrible experience, the worst experience of my life! The Owner, Dave Bradley is a massive liar and threatened to walk off of a job before it ended if I did not get a wire transfer and to "pay in full" before the job was completed.

To go even further, he was aware that I was out of my home state and was in Florida tending to a terminally ill family member who has cancer, that he continued to harass me with early morning and late nigh telephone calls, emails and texts.

Dave Bradley called my bank on a Sunday morning at 8 a.m. and conferenced me in try to extort a payment in full before the job was over. He said this is his "normal " business practice.

Dave Bradley began using foul language, curses, character assasinations against me and my wife in his emails and texts and threats of going to the police filing criminal "theft of service" charges and finally litigation all to collect payment for a job that only ended 3 weeks ago.

I would never recommend ever doing business with Dave Bradley or Thermal Solutions again!
