buyer beware

I sold Tim Swagler 2000 seedling Christmas trees in the Spring of 2023. He paid 50% down and I shipped them and paid the shipping costs up front. He has not responded to several calls, emails, texts, invoices etc. He owes me over $3000 !!

Tree Removal

Pros: Reasonably priced compared to most other tree services. Clean up of area is thorough. I’ve used him to remove trees on my property for almost 20 years.

Cons: Next to impossible to get a hold of to schedule service. If you do get a response, scheduled service is vague and unreliable. I’ve literally been on the schedule for damn near 1 1/2 years for this current service request. I keep getting bumped to the back of the line and then promised a new timeframe only to be postponed again.
