Pay Raise

I am an associate slaving away at facility 1999 - Anoka Wal-Mart who has not seen a pay raise in nearly 2 years! The rest of the facilities got their pay raises months ago. For us....nothing. I have complained all the way to the ethics department and they simply referred me back down to start at the local level again. COME ON PEOPLE....next step is the MN EEOC I guess.
