Totally Trashed - Need Some Serious Attention

Been a fan of bookstore for years - but now (12/2021) has totally gone downhill. Sofas in large TV room have broken frames - no foam - total hazard. ONE movie playing continuously (in the past they had 3 or 4 movies) Peep show booths mostly inop - no selection and some frames falling apart. Staff friendly - but working in trashed out facility would make me depressed..

For couple hundred dollars and some management attention - could be great place - now just a 3rd world stop over.
