White Castle

We had a terrible time hearing the man who was taking our order. So I kept asking him what he was saying. I am sure he took offense because the speaker wasn't picking up half of what he was saying. We could tell he got upset. We ordered 10 cheeseburgers and two large onion petals. When we got home with the food. We could not eat it . The paper sacks wand the onion petal boxes had fallen apart and were soaked with something and it wasn't grease. I took pictures of it. We paid 22.01 for this meal and could not eat it. Even the little boxes the burgers were in were soaked in something The box the onion petals were in were completely opened and the petals were down in the sack. It was disgusting. . We live on the Ohio line in Richmond so wasn't possible to bring it back. I can barely see the receipt we hae. It says 1:37 P. M. Customer 527 The receipt needed new ink. Hard to make out. There was a girl waiting on us at the window and two guys standing with her. Two were laughing. Whatever they did to our food was disgusting. My number is 765-465-6116. Linda Frye.
