Coralia Leets was born in Nicaragua, and moved to the United States in 1987 after graduating with a University degree in Public Relations and Business Administration. After being inspired and encouraged by her jewelry clients, she decided to show the world her designs. In 2001, she launched Atelier Coralia Leets Jewelry Design, originally selling her products wholesale to the US Market, and eventually to the European Market in 2005. Later in 2009 Atelier Coralia Leets started selling to Bloomingdales, as well as many specialty stores throughout the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
