AATMA Performing Arts aims to unite traditional Indian dance styles (Bharathanatyam, Kathak, Garba, Bhangra) with modern forms of movement (Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop), resulting in a vivid amalgamation of eastern and western culture. AATMA's interpretation of Bollywood dance, which originates from Indian cinema, combines ethnic spirit and intense emotion to produce a breathtaking visual display of dance and entertainment. AATMA's work has been featured in publications including The New York Times and has landed the company performances with HBO, AT&T, HSBC, Bank of America, and Mastercard. They have worked alongside Bollywood Actress, Priyanka Chopra as well as choreographed pieces for music artists such as Cappadonna (Wu-Tang) and G-Deep.
