HORRIBLE customer service from the receptionist, especially from the Office Manager Catherine Distefano. Ed McCarthy, an employee who Catherine says he is a Property Manager was working on a light fixture took it upon himself to threaten and curse at someone for parking to his dislike. Catherine did nothing but defend and excuse her employees actions with a horrible attitude from beginning to end. If this is how they manage properties I would strongly reccomend hiring another company.
