Bethany Gospel Chapel

this is my memory.this is where my grandparents went to church.they lived up on fair ave in oakland ca william blair turner and grandma lettie viola turner.i used to go to church with them and my mother jennie lee turner hummer.their other daughter linda sue turner also attended i remember the kamenas henry and ruth.when church was over upstairs us kids would go down stairs mr ross would teach and sing down stairs then we would break for our sunday school classes.this was mainly in the late 1950sand early 1960s we went to the church untill my grandparents moved to stockton ca.i remember thomas jensen hill also the woffords the deans. i was in sunday school with gordon dean.i got my first little bible from there also it was written to billy hummer from the bethany gospel chapel in 1961.i also remember jean gutfeld and barbara height.its something you will never forget.thankyou bethany gospel chapel i live in the oroville ca area now since 1993. i go to oakland ca all the time on google earth all the family lived in oakland ca thanks again william r hummer
