Totally unprofessional unkind and insensitive woman. Will never use her again and regret that I ever used her even once. My preserved flower is ruined and she couldn't care less. She never responded to my repeated emails asking her for help other than one initial and very rude response blaming me when it was actually her product that failed because the thin glue on the thin paper lifted and nothing was glued to secure the mat underneath which allowed air to get in and ruin the flower. She wasn't sympathetic at all and was very rude on the phone as well. So much for preserved memories and treating your customer with zero compassion or understanding when the whole reason I went to you was to preserve something very special to me! Thanks for offering zero advice on what I can do to save what's left despite asking you several times over several days with zero response. You don't care which is obvious since you have chosen to ignore my emails. Real nice.
