Called this business on Friday February 20,2015 to have my car junked.Mike said they could come Saturday.I called Saturday at 11:20.Said I was next.I waited 3 hours and called back.Told I was 5th in line.I said he needed to come because I had to go food shopping,bank.He said they would come.They never did.Called again and waited in Sunday and Monday.Yesterday they said they would be here by noon.I called back at 2 and was told he was an hour out.Never did come.Now I have to wait in another day with another company.The worst part is they dont call and tell you no ones coming.They have an attitude that they pay the most for a junk car,they will come whenever they can.I dont know how they run a business this way.Do yourself a favor and call a different company.You will be glad you did!Learn from my mistake of calling Central Mass towing!
