I use to work for facility management for years and I loved my job + my work would speak for itself. Well PLEASE BE WARNED that A LOT of people who work for Facility are treated very unfairly, especially black people! There are TOO many people who've worked there faithfully for years & some decades and have never received a promotion or raise and many of them had skills, experience and certifications for higher positions for which they applied and were denied for no apparent reason but those same positions of interest was given to white people that were employed at facility management for less than 2-3 years and had less experience, skills and uncertified. They are VERY unprofessional, unethical, unfair and have poor judgment. There's even a man at facility management (Hi, Stan!) that will fill out applications (falsifying them) for certain employees (hispanics) for Mr Jordan (Mr Jordan has him to do this!) so that their application gets picked by the computer system for hire. There is another man (Michael Guilford) who has been caught numerous times (& told to Mr Jordan) about driving around in areas not related to work, lunch breaks, nor home, and once he was caught buying drugs and Mr Jordan was told these things by a few people and he did NOTHING about it, not even a drug test! But he did give Michael a raise and promoted him even though he's never been a great or even a good employee!Many people have quit or retired early because of the unfairness and the few REAL & GREAT employees that he had left were fired for no reason and a couple were fired behind malicious people; telling lies for fear of losing their jobs and the truth being exposed about them not doing their jobs, drinking on the job with evidence left in the building or because that person wasn't interested in them romantically, and the people fired never got a chance to tell their side or even knew there was a problem! There is sooo much to tell and say about Facility Management that there isn't nearly enough room here! I had high respect, appreciation, loyalty, and love for Mr Jordan and talked against people who had bad things to say about him but- THOSE SAME PEOPLE TOLD THE TRUTH ABOUT WHO HE REALLY IS & HIS CHARACTER!!! It hurts to put your everything into a job (even doing 2 other peoples job just to keep peace) where you love the people you work around and they love you back, even becoming great friends with highly elite people and to have everything taken away from you FOR NO REASON other than working with and for crooked people! BUT I KNOW GOOD CAN HANDLE CROOKED SITUATIONS & PEOPLE FAR BETTER THAN I CAN & WHAT YOU DO TO OTHERS WILL BE DONE TO YOU IN SOME WAY, SHAPE OR FORM BECAUSE KARMA IS A BITCH! SO PLEASE BE WARNED BEFORE YOU APPLY... WITH CAUTION!
