We chose Ecowater over the franchise available as we wanted to keep our business local and most of all, because the salesman who visited me said that service was included, we would just have to purchase parts if we ever had a problem. When the day came that we had a problem it took them six months and numerous calls to fix our leaking part. When we received the billing, I let them know by three notices and numerous phone calls that there was an error as we were being charged for services. We paid for the parts and and reminded them of the service that we shouldn't be charged for. I never got a response of any kind from the owner except a letter from a collection agency. There was no customer service contact, no warning letters or phone calls of any kind.
