Rich installed a Timbertech Composite Deck and plastic Railing for us and it has been six years trying to work with Rich and the Attorney General because the decking was installed incorrectly (no spacing) and our railing fell off into the ground. Rich came back one time to try and fix the railing by screwing it to the post and DUCT TAPE. He ignore messages left on his home and cell phone... He even wrote a letter to the Attorney General promising to fix everything, but we cannot get a return call from him to get a date as to when the work can be completed. He advised us to work with the Manufacturer which we did and they told us the deck was indeed installed incorrectly and they gave us new composite to replace it, but Rich will not own up to the fact he should cover the labor because he installed it incorrectly.
