they are HORRIBLE! UNPROFESSIONAL! They were flirting with the grieving women in our family, staring at their butts and such. They had roaches in the restrooms, it was filthy! Their sound equipment did not work, or would barely work. They rushed the funeral process, even at the cemetery, was literally telling us to hurry up. They told us, right when the funeral started, that we still owed money! We are already grieving about this young man being shot and killed! Why didn't they tell us the day before, or way before the funeral started. Really upset about this. We had the bill, which we didn't know there was an unpaid balance, all the way down to .49 and they still wouldn't start until that was paid. HORRIBLE!. This family was already grieving and mourning, and this just made it worse. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Tell your family and friends NOT to go there!
