2 issues: we purchased a Hallmark trailer from them, which had the axles incorrectly installed from the factory, resulting in major tire wear on one tire, as well as a stabilization jack that was faulty. They were unaware it even had the jacks. While they did order a new jack, they refused to do any warranty work, i.e. taking it somewhere to have the axles checked out and fixed. We had to do all the legwork, and dealt with Hallmark directly (they were awesome!). Hallmark asked why we were doing all this, as the dealer was A)supposed to have inspected the trailer when it arrived, and B) deal with any warranty issues. Hallmark also said they'd had these kind of problems with this dealer before. Long story short, we had the problem diagnosed, and finally got the dealer to take it and drop it off for repairs. The dealer called us when it was done. We asked about a new tire for the one that was worn down, and they said "Uh, we don't know anything about that" (The tire was how we found out about the axles, duh!) "you need to talk to Hallmark."

So, this dealer is all too happy sell you a trailer and take your money, but if there is anything wrong with the trailer, you can bet on them not taking care of any warranty work.
