Hall Construction Co. built our home in 2002. Here is the short list of the subsequent problems we had upon completion:
Our siding fell off three days after the contractor finished the house
The roof in our screened-in-porch and attic leaked in numerous areas
Our shower leaked into the basement
Standard venting was NOT installed in the attic space to prevent
condensation, black mold or other moisture problems
Unfortunately nails were used instead of screws to secure the sheetrock. On every wall within the interior of the house, nails popped from floor to ceiling (very unsightly).
A mess was left onsite and we were stuck with getting a dumpster and hauling away debris
The owner of this business was unresponsive to our calls and pleas for help. 12 years later we are still dealing with the ongoing problems and expense of fixing, remedying and replacing. As stated, this is the short list. I could go on all day. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR.
