Bought a significant amount of grass seed here, enough for 2 of our pastures (1-1/2 acres), paid a small fortune, followed the directions very precisely as we've done in the past, watered, watered, watered some more...very little grass grew. Went back to Higley Feed and let them know, they refused to do anything about it. No refund, no exchange, no new grass seed, no explanation, they didn't seem to even care. Won't be back. If they don't stand behind their products, we won't stand for their poor business practices.
