Since 1994, Jamison Green has worked with attorneys, legislators, and other policymakers to craft language pertaining to gender identity and expression in employment, housing, and public accommodation. Dr. Green and his associates are experienced trainers and analysts concerning gender-related policies and practices that impact gender-variant people in the realms of law, medicine, social services, religion, government, and in the workplace. Services include policy reviews to ensure internal consistency, development of position papers and explanatory documents that corporations and governmental bodies may use to educate staff, clients, or customers about existing Gender Identity and Expression non-discrimination policies and practices, and direct provision of training.
