Staff member at window 6 excellent customer servic

On 13 Jan I experienced two different issues using the new meds system. One my wife had a Med beyond the 14 day search. I had my doctor reorder it. The response text read; Your medication is expected to come in our supply order today. We can place the prescription in our drive thru once it is ready for pick up. If you have any questions please call 757-953-8206. It was not at the drive through. Next my Med called in not received in the system, I had a hard copy script, which the Technician at widow 6 helped with that also. My one way trip to Boone Clinic is a 40 minute drive. I was so appreciated of the employee there at window number six who assisted me. Job well done! Note only refills are at the drive through.

Pharmacy POC

I am writing to request if there's another good number to get hold of the pharmacy concerning my prescription refill. The 757-953-8351 is very difficult to get hold of someone. Several attempts were negative and cannot leave message because if says "full cannot leave message".

Prescription #11500500, Januvia, have 1 more refill but when i called in it said "not refillable" this is the 4th prescription i had this issue. The only way it was resolved in the past is to talk to someone from pharmacy and compare the prescription # i have with what's on the computer. (match/mismatch).
