LOJO is a multidisciplinary architecture firm working at all scales, from the smallest renovations to large urban projects. Our work arises out of a close examination of contemporary life, seen through the lenses of innovation and sustainability. We're interested in an architecture that responds to sites and local conditions by creating new experiences that evolve over time.Our firm has won numerous awards for our architecture at the international, national, and state level. We bring years of experience to our work, having designed for some of the country’s best firms, including Steven Holl Architects, Gensler, Allied Works, and others.Architecture for us is a highly collaborative process of finding tailored solutions to design problems. We have designed successfully at every scale, from 800 SF residences to 300,000 SF museums, including a series of climate-responsive houses in Houston; the headquarters lobby of the Sierra Club; the dean's office at the University of Houston College of Architecture; the AG Salon in the Woodlands; a pediatric HIV clinic in Botswana; a museum proposal for the Helsinki Guggenheim; and a Barndominium in the Texas Hill Country.
