My boat was brought to Midlantic Marine on 5/12 to do warranty work only (error codes, guardian system engaged). The work they did was not warranty work according to them. I was not called in advanced to authorize the work. They supplied me no broken parts. I charged the amount on 6/2 in order to take possession of my boat.

The weather was bad that week and could not put the boat in the water till 6/6/15. As soon as I started engine, the same problem existed, as what I took the boat to them on 5/12. In other words the boat was still broken and was giving the same error codes, and the guardian system as before. So the work they claimed to do, did not fix my problem.

Boat was taken back to them on 6/9. Boat picked up on 6/13, warranty work was done and boat was fixed. In closing the work that they claimed to do, when I picked up boat on 6/2 was not authorized nor did it fix problem.

I bought boat new from them in 2013. Had various problems with the mercury motor. My advice stay away from this dealer and Mercury products.
